How do I change a booking?

You can modify an existing reservation, and the steps depend on where you are in your booking.

Before your booking starts (before the baggage drop-off time):
You can update your schedule, change the number of bags, adjust the length of storage (depending on the partner’s availability), or cancel your booking online.

For cancellations: full refunds are issued to the original payment method within 72 hours when canceled before the baggage drop-off time.

If your reservation is already in progress:
You can’t cancel anymore since the space for your luggage is already reserved. However, you can still extend your booking or add luggage, depending on the shop’s availability.

If you need to remove bags after drop-off, just contact our support team—we’ll confirm the bag count with the partner and update your booking for you.
