Can I add or to cancel a bag from my booking?

If your booking hasn’t started yet, which means before your baggage drop-off time, you can update the number of bags right away.

After drop-off, you can still add or remove bags—just reach out to our support team, and we’ll confirm the bag count with the store!

Please note: only bookings canceled before the baggage drop-off time are fully refunded within 72 hours.
