The establishment refused my bags. What do I do ?

If a partner refuses your bag :

➡️Please chat with us.

Alternatively, you can write to us at contact@nannybag.com to request a refund.

➡️You can then make another reservation at the address of your choice.

Rest assured, no partner is expected to refuse luggage. In fact, all Nannybag locations have expressly applied for partnership.

The only reason a shop can refuse your luggage is if a new person has joined the business and has not yet been trained.
